From Monday to Friday twice a day your guides will take you to the surf spots, advising you for a good surf during your surf stay in San Diego!
What is a Surf Guiding? Surf Guiding aren’t teachers, but guides who will take you to the best surf spots within your reach, provide you with information and advice on the spot, answer your questions and essentially make sure how you will catch the waves while maintaining safety inside and outside the water.
Typical day: • Departure between 6:30 and 10:00 to reach a Surf Spot: from 1 to 2 hours of navigation • Return to the camp, at noon
• Between 14:00 and 15:00 we leave with the guide for the second surfing session. • Return at 5.00 pm for relaxation, yoga, dinner, socializing.

Arrival at San Diego airport. Transfer to Hotel DANA POINT MARINA INN.

Basic surf lesson:
• safety at sea
• theory
• explanation of the equipment
• breathing and resistance in water
• first approach to the board, rowing techniques and correct posture
Days dedicated to surfing activities.
